Refund & Rescheduling Policy – Pawna Lake Camping

At Pawna Lake Camping, your satisfaction is our priority. To provide a smooth and fair experience, we’ve created a transparent refund and rescheduling policy. Please read the following carefully before making any cancellation or rescheduling requests:

Refund Policy

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the check-in time, you are eligible for a refund after a 50% deduction, which covers service and processing charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or on the same day will not be eligible for any refund.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or early checkouts.

Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your camping date, your request must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date based on availability.

Same-day rescheduling requests will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

We recommend planning your trip in advance and reaching out to us as early as possible in case of any changes. Our team is always here to assist you.
